Pegasus Explorer Scout Unit

Are you 14 to 18 and looking for fun, adventure and to make new friends? Explorer Scouting is calling you.

As an Explorer Scout you get to take part in all the usual great Scouting activities such as kayaking, climbing, orienteering and camping as well as work on projects helping to support your local community. Through the Explorer Scout Unit you can continue to work towards being a Queen's Scout as well as embarking on the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme. You can also, if you choose, get more closely involved in working with the younger Sections as a Young Leader.

Explorer Scouting is a District provision and, within Eastwood District, there are a number of Units which are connected to a Group or a number of Groups. Pegasus Explorer Scout Unit is a joint Unit between the 35th Glasgow (Crookfur) and the 145th Glasgow (Giffnock), with weekly meetings taking place in Giffnock. We also welcome young people joining who are new to Scouting.
